SUNDAY DIET (DAY7) WITH BABY POMPOM



It's Sunday!!!!  And this is my 7th day (1week) daily diary no rice diet!!! I'm so excited to know what is my weight for tomorrow. If I lost weight, or if my weight is still same or if I gain more! What would it be...

Today my brunch was Filipino food which is Pancit with mixed vegetables and pork. It was delicious but I still control my appetite.

I had some junk food for snack.

Most Sundays, I bring dog or dogs for a walk. ( Sometimes I bring 1 or 2 or 4dogs).



Meet Pompom, He is very smart and clever dog. He is my first dog, He was a birthday present to me 3and 3and half years ago. He loves walking with me anywhere because since he was still puppy I bring I'm to any places,  He had ride airplane 3times. He is so outgoing dog! :)


We went out for a walk at I.T Park Cebu. Got some Ice cream from convenient store. I guess
Ice cream was my only dinner. I didn't plan not to eat but I arrived my house at 21:30 and I did not feel hungry.


I will really be surprise if my weight is still same! But I rather want same weight than gain weight!

CASUAL + PUNK= COOL








Everytime I hang out during daytime or if the weather is hot, I always wear either jeans,long sleeves, maxi dress and cardigan but the thin one. I don't really wear sleveless since my skin is too sensitive from the sun.



But of course I still want to look stylist in any clothes I wear. My friends knew me as fashionista. Its just my style, pairing clothes and wearing them with uniqueness.





 One sunday afternoon. I went vet to take my dog for grooming. Weather is fair but so windy so I decided to wear my maxi skirt, it has slits at the both sides and its see through. This maxi skirt is just perfect especially when wind blows, the skirt is just dramatically waving since it has slits at both sides and can take a little peep of your long legs.



I pair it with gray and black longsleeve upper and flats stud sandals. Its a combination of casual and punk, especially I wore my cap.

Why not? Sometimes its very cool to pair different kinds of clothes,and that makes it call Fashion with style.





SATURDAY DIET (DAY6)

This saturday, I was just watching DVD for the whole afternoon! I wanted to go some place but its just too freakin hot!!! It was about 36-39°C today!!! The heat just really penetrated to my skin! Too hot that I got a head ache.


So I was just in my room watching DVD and playing my dogs. It was a boring afternoon, I was not in the mood to go out, it just ruined my plan. Believe me or not, at 18:00~19:00 its still hot! Of course not same as afternoon, but you can feel its hot and then sweat comes.


I feel like I got high blood because its too hot. But since I said yesterday that I will go some place, I decide to buy a bread. I went there about 22:00.



 Well its not ordinary bread but its French Croissant!  Cebu's new French Restaurant, Pastries and Wine Library, the "La Vie Parisienne". Since its saturday night, I expect lots of people at the restaurant but not in the pastries area!!! I can't even get a basket since the whole place was really so full. It just simply mean that it's worth buying for. After 30minutes I got into cashier and pay and had it take out.



I bought Le Croissant, Feuillete with almond cream, Mini stick custard cream, Macarons and Bande Lemon Meringue. It is worth waiting for! My favorite is the Lemon Meringue. Its like lemon square but this one is so tasty and perfect dessert. I can say. After I ate that, I smiled and feel so happy. It's like it took away my high blood feeling. I feel happy when I ate it. Prices are reasonable.



Well then after that I went back home quickly. I wasn't able to take picture because it's too crowded! But I must definitely go back there!


My saturday day 6 of daily diary no rice diet is.... I did not eat anything but a pack of junkfood and the bread I bought at La Vie Parisienne. I wasn't actually craving for anything since I did not do anything for the whole day. Its unhealthy saturday!!! :( But I think I will really lose weight..

FRIDAY DIET (DAY5)

Time flies so fast, and today is friday! It was just monday few days ago, then now is friday. Friday, my fifth day of no rice diet. Haha, maybe you thought that I ate rice today, since I didn't eat rice yesterday. Well your right! I did ate 3  spoons of rice and more vegetables( my late dinner)Tbh(to be honest), I was  soooo hungry. Today my brunch was (supposed to be my breakfast) 3  breads  and a cup of coffee.  My snack was (supposed to be my lunch) vegetables.



I was so busy today(which I like), I haven't thought of food. Hahaha!!!   I was busy fixing and arranging my stuffs. Documents, bags, make up and more girl stuffs, I did arrange today, and I found an old picture of my young age!!!(that kiddo is me, do I look cute??)





As we all know, girls or woman has lots of things compare to boys or man. Right? And if us, woman fixed our things, it really takes time. Even choosing clothes what to wear if there is occasion, it takes hours!!!   After I clean my stuffs, I went out to take my dogs for a walk. I got four, so it takes more time.       And still do other stuffs. Who won't be hungry???:'(


At least only 3spoons  of rice and more on vegetables, but I really feel full:). I am happy.


You might think I might be hungry during midnight since I ate little amount of food (That is little for me).   Yes! Sometimes I feel hungry duting late night, but if it does so, I usually eat plain cracker or drink hot chocolate only or ignore it and sleep. But if  I don't feel hungry I don't eat anything at all.


Tomorrow's saturday!!! I wanna go out, but I don't know where will I go, haha I just wanna relax.Tell you about it  tomorrow!!: )

THURSDAY DIET (DAY4)

My 4th day daily diary no rice diet. I survived for the whole day! Wohoo!!! My brunch and snack was Quaker oats, dinner was Quaker oats, fish and vegetables and fruits. I feel full yet light. I have notice that interval day I eat rice. Hopefully tomorrow and the next days I wont be tempted by  rice.



I came to notice, I eat oatmeal almost everyday. Well probably it is not bad, but must to still eat right food like meats, fish and vegelatbles. But as long as I dont intake rice, I think that it would be a better option.




 This is my fourth day of no rice diet. It is ashamed to tell that I failed twice. Atleast this is a little step for me to quit. Unlike before I do eat rice during lunch and dinner everyday. I can see that my stomach is not like big than before. It flattens a little bit.



I just really want to get my flat stomach as before.   No rice, sometimes its a little bit hard especially the food is just so delicous. Yet I can make it little by little as long as I keep on thinking my target body.

Wednesday Diet(day3) Walking loss calories.




Today is my 3rd day daily diary of no rice diet. Can you guess if I ate rice today??? Hmmm.. I feel guilty already, but I will feel guilty more if I lie. I can't lie about this. I know guys I said to "not to eat rice in a week", sometimes I just wanna hate my Mom cooking delicious food:(.

My brunch was actually 2 spoons of Quaker oats and 2 pastel bread from Camuigin Island(My Mom brought it when she was in Mindanao with my Grandmother). Its just so tasty and I had another 1 for my snack. And my dinner(@17:00)was a cup of rice(actually, I think its less than a cup), and my Mom cooked mixed vegetables, with mixed meats on it and sauced with tamato. How can I resist if the food is just so tatsy? It was soooo tempting especially when you smell it. I feel so delicous while Im eating it, but at the same time feeling so guilty! I'm sorry  is the only thing I can say but I just can't lie.



I went out for walking about 4 hours because of I ate rice! Its like an exchange for the rice inside my tummy. As all we know walking is the safest and easiest exercise could be! Walking while listening to music is my thing, and just simple as that I burn calories. Of course it depends too how much time you walk and how fast is your speed.





 I read an article about loosing calories by walking. According to Wendy Bumgardner (Updated February 13, 2014)How You Burn Calories WalkingYour weight and the distance you walk determine the energy calories burned while walking. Walking speed matters less than distance and weight. A rule of thumb is 100 calories per mile are burned for a 180-pound person and 65 calories per mile for a 120-pound person.   I am 54kilo which is 119 pounds, if today I walked about 10miles, probably I lost 650calories (65 cal x 10mi = 650 lb). But it is more than that since my speed of walking is fast.



 I really love to walk, it might be one of the reason my weight is maintain. Walking could help you loose your calories, but it'll help you more by reducing the calories you intake.  For this, I still will continue, little by little, I know I can refuse rice. Atleast not same as before that I can take 4cups a day.

Tuesday Diet(day2)

Good morning tuesday! This is day 2 daily diary no rice diet. Guess what! I did not eat rice, I am so happy about it! I ate the very healthy food which is the OATMEAL. I love Quaker oats. Back when I was a child, my Mom would always prepare for us her kids, a sweet oatmeal for breakfast before going to school. And now I just remembered we do always have Quaker oats oatmeal in fridge! I just love it because it is quick and conveniet, just for three minutes in the boiling water and voala!





I got my super healthy breakfast!   There are so many benefits oatmeal can give us. Here are some benefits I read from articles about oatmeal.


✔low fat food (lower weight)
✔High level of protein
✔It removes your bad cholesterol w/o affecting your good cholesterol ✔It contains unique anti-oxidant
✔Over 40 studies shows that eating oatmeal may help lower cholesterol and reduce of heart disease. ✔☆ And my favorite one, it is so rich in FIBER. Stays in your stomach longer making you full longer and you will have less hunger and cravings☆


This oatmeal is very good for people who are in no rice diet like me. Well today I feel so great!

Monday Diet fail?(day1)

Its monday, how is your no rice diet? How is my no rice diet today?. I remeber when it talks about diet, me and my friends will always say this sentence " Diet starts on monday"  so probably we start dieting monday but fails when you cant say no to that very delicious food. Sometimes it is just so hard to say "no" to delicous foods right? Back to my question, how was my no rice today?


 It is very embarrasing to say that yes I failed!( I just can't lie about this :( )Yesterday meeting some friends and dining some restaurants, I was able to my "NO RICE DIET", but just this morning, waking up because my stomach is grumbling, seeing my mom's fried rice mixed with meats and egg, oh gosh! I feel so guilty eating it!!! How can I do? That food is just sooo tasty for my grumbling stomach.   Of course I thought of my blog, since I said I won't eat rice to see the result after a week, but it just happen. I feel so guilty and sorry, I failed.


That was my breakfast a cup of tatsy fried rice, my lunch was only noodle, and my snack is a bread, haha! Still fail because rice is just equivalent with bread!  But I ate that because last week I  made egg sandwich spread, I need tp finish it (this might be an excuse:)) and I did not eat my dinner today. Not feeling hungry yet...Yet??!!! It simply means maybe later I'll be hungry and eat. Actually it is fine to eat but not much, just to fill your empty stomach, little ammount will do, it wont make you fat.   Usually if  hungry I do take hot cereals drink. It is better.

Diet Diet Diet!!!

Diet diet diet diet!!! Most of us gals, we usually say "I need diet, my stomach is big" or "I need diet because I'm so fat" or " I need diet, I gain weight" isn't it? Well, in my case I always say "I need diet because I'm so fat and my stomach is big", though my friends disagree to What I've said, yet in my mind I am fat and needs to have diet.

How could I have a sexy body if I keep eating rice?
Actually since I was 18 years of age, I don't  eat rice, well sometimes I do, but most of the time I don't.
I prefer more meats and vegetables. But then , a year ago I started eating because of my former workers.

Before I do go gym for workout, since I have time for it. Last year, I do home workout, my favorite is jumping rope. Not bragging but doing 600-2000jumps plus some Victoria secrets workout. Oh! I just do love the result, and what I hate is when I stop since I traveled back to Taiwan, got busy and no time.



Since then, I don't have exercise, I keep on eating rice, and bye bye to sexy body. I wanted to get back it once again. There is no impossible as long as you work hard on it ladies!!!(and gents).

I'll do it step by step. Firstly, I want to quite eating rice. I will quit to eat rice, its less big stomach.  I will still eat meat and vegetables.

Let's see the change after one week. Today 4/20/14 my current weight is 54kilo.
after one week, let's see how much I can loose.

I will be posting my daily dairy diet "no rice", it'll help me too to be keep on track in my blog, and for my "no rice" diet.

I want to get my last year body. Are you a body conscious like me?

Woof Woof!!!

I am a dog lover, are you? I have four adorable shih-tzu's  and they are the one who stop my falling tears, taking away some stress and giving me love. They are my faithful best friend. I came up this kind of topic , because I want to share you guys how much dogs loves us and I, as their master/mother/ best friend, is proud of them. When I was still a child,  I love dogs already, I was lucky, my friend gave me one, But sad to say, after a week, she past away. I don't know,   maybe because I am still a child that time, I just felt sad But it really didn't bother me much, since it was only a week I got her. But three years ago, I got a shih tzu, it was a present from a very special person. He catch my attention when the time I was choosing,  it was only him, scratching the window and barking at me, it is like he is telling me "get me". I Didn't twice thinking,  I took him. I can say God really gave me him. He Is very energetic, very smart, I can say that sometimes he thinks like human. Everything I am sad, he come near me, and comfort me.

There are some people can't give you what can dog give. People can talk, But it is so sad to know, we can't sometimes even comfort people by simple action or word. Dogs can't really say "Hey don't be sad, I am here" But instead they give us a lick and sit on our lap and that is How they comfort us.

Sometimes they do some mistakes, well they are still a dog, it might be because they are lack f aattention, so they do things to catch our attention.  For some of us, we might hit them or spank them, But it is still so touching because they will still come to us and look at us,  they too feel or know that they are wrong, yet they still come to us with love.

They are the ones who can't talk, But understands us, our feeling,  our emotion, our everything. They give us "Love".

I love my dogs,they are four now, because I bought a female for my male shih-tzu,  they got 2 babies last year. And now my female,  she is Preggy again:)

Cigarette

Cigarette is dangerous for your health. According to the Philippine Government. Is it? It is?   What can you say about cigar or tobacco? For non user, thoughts will be negative. For user, its just nothing. What cause people to smoke?   Next month, it'll be my one year of smoking. I am not bragging that "oh Im so cool coz I smoke" neither celebrating coz its one year. No, I'm writing this blog since I got confused, to smoke or not to.   Why I smoke? It was really out of curiosity, what is the feeling to smoke, why does people smoke? Whats with that and why people that I knew are addicted to it. Then I tried, I learned, I used and still using. Problem: curiosity, Solution: tried it, conclusion: out of my curiousity of smoking, from lighting the tip of cigar, inhaling, exhaling, how to puff and throw,I learned then I get the answer. Its nothing. It just made u wanting more, use more, from light cigar to hard cigar, it just made you addicted and like a habit, and its not easy to stop if you can't control.

Back to my confusion, To smoke or not to? Of course non user will be saying not to, its danger for your health, your body's system will be damage, you will be sick, you will die, and all the negativity smoke can give you.Well probably everyone of us will die.   I do not understand, yeah, just like people say smoking is not good it cause damage to your health, but how about those people who doesn't drink, doesn't smoke, but does have illness. Even people who doesn't have any vices still are more life and death problem. Some people at the young age die early not causing a smoke or liquor. What's that?   Sometimes I enjoy myself, relax myself with a liquor, I am still half young half old, but I need to enjoy life, not saying I am enjoying with sticks of cigar or cases of beer but, it is just my thing to relax and enjoy a mean time. of course other people have their own way to relax and enjoy, it is only a matter of different kinds of people.   To smoke or not to? I find reasons "why quit smoke?" and these what I got: 1. Waste of money 2. Lips turn black 3. Dead nails 4. Made me look older 5. Damage my skin 6. Like all people say damage your body.   Reason "why I can't stop" 1. It became a habit(esp. After meal,coz help me to flush out) 2. If I think of something, or if I'm angry, I need, it helps me calm down. 3. Just want.   For the readers, what can you say about the people who does not have any vices yet are ill? But this doesn't mean that better to smoke,no, of course it is only a made me thought of it. Drinking is fine, especially red wine, its good for the heart, drinking occasionally, I think is fine.  


 I also not advertising you to smoke, I know it is better not to smoke, of course, I am not that stupid. But for us smokers, I do try to hit you, believe me or not before I can finish a pack in a day, but now least is 3sticks a day most is 10sticks a day, just maybe since I am a woman, and too conscious   physically, and the reason I find to quit helps me to change.   I can change, it means you too. For non users, don't waste your effort to try or to use, in the end,you will be wasted, just like me.   Thank you for reading. I hope it does help.
