WEDNESDAY DIET (DAY24)

Wednesday... This day was full of blessings! Haha, My aunt from Japan and her Husband from other country visit to our house (just to pick up my Mom). It was so quick and the only thing I was able to tell her was Cake and Ice cream for my birthday. Haha! I was just trying to make fun at her. But  she really bought me those!!! But of course, I only ate a slice of hmmmmm chocolate cake and a cup of ice cream. I felt good!!! My aunt just simply love me and can't say no to me:). I am so blessed.


So okay here is my brunch.. My mother cooked this clam. It is yummy! In Taiwan I always eat my favorite clam. I can finish alone one big bowl. Just a sautee cook. Oh!! I miss that!!! Okay, so this was my brunch.

TUESDAY DIET (DAY23)

This is my Tuesday daily diet no rice diary... Time flies so fast and this is the day I fly back Cebu. First and first of all, I will be missing PUPUNG, he is my bff's poodle. Oh, how I just really love him!!! And I took us photo for memory. He is friendly to me:)

MONDAY DIET (DAY22) + THE FORT

White and Blue

I think I need to introduce to you first who Melai is. Well as you know she's my bff. A very friendly person and she always make a joke or she will always make fun to a person. She is very outdoor person. Isn't it Mel? She is very intelligent too and you can learn much things from her (do I really need to say this?hahaha!!!). Not only that, she is a food tripper(but body fit), sporty and much activity she join.

SUNDAY DIET (DAY21) HAPPY MOTHERS DAY

I was in Manila so I can not really celebrate Mothers day with my own mom. So instead, I celebrate it with Melai's mom. I woke up so late so I only had my brunch, I  did not feel hungry anyway so I just had a cup of coffee and bread for brunch!!! About 16:00 we went to Christian church and attend Sunday meeting. It was good and funny!!!

Of course it finish after 2 hours, so we decide to eat dinner just near by the Church. I love it!!! I love my food!

SATURDAY DIET (DAY20)

I cant believe that I still reach day 20!!! Saturday, hmmmm... Nothing special, I am good girl for that day. I was only watching Korean drama entitled "My love from another star". If I watch Korean drama, its either I skip on it like I watch episode the skip another episode or fast forward it, until I wont watch it anymore. But this drama captured me!!! I really watch it seriously!!! Ending is bad though!

I should share what I ate!!! Melai prepared our breakfast, I do not remember if I ate rice but I know I ate bread..(Melai correct me if I'm mistake!!haha!!).

FRIDAY DIET (DAY19)

We always know the TGIF! Thank God Its Friday!!! I had fun this Friday! Why? I got to eat Shabu-Shabu. Hahaha!!!

My breakfast was only simple, since I woke up at 9:00, Tita, the mother of my bff prepare a breakfast. I just love it because its simple and made my full!!! It is a filipino breakfast! I had a cup of coffee, 4 slices of bread and egg, and a kind of fish which I forgot! But that is not cheap kind! Thanks to Tita and Kuya Adoy for giving me those food!

Before going to Makati for my meeting I drop by at 7-Eleven convenient store and bought tissue because its extremely hot!!! And this I found this Energy drink. I thought I need energy that day, so I tried this kind. It is just small, I did not buy the Red Bull, I think that is for men. So this is small, maybe its for gals. Haha!

THURSDAY DIET (DAY18) FLYING TO MANILA

The day of my flight to manila. It was so terrible Thursday because of the weather!!! Cebu is just to hot, I guess Manila is more!!!! I was busy cleaning and taking care of my dogs before I leave Cebu. Unlike before I go Manila just for a day or two then back to Cebu. But this time I had no return ticket to Cebu, which means I can stay longer, of course not that long maybe 5 or 6 days only. My brunch was feeling guilty..... I ate rice, hey! A cup of rice only for brunch, I do not know I was so hungry and decided to be tempted by rice. It was only a cup of rice and more on vegetables and a piece of chicken breast.  But the rice is not as much as you think... Okay okay, I know it is still same since I ate rice. But! I can also say there were no other option food to eat:)



TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY DIET (DAY16-17)

Hello everyone!!! Anyone still up here? I came back from Manila last Tuesday afternoon. I was really so busy and do not have time to write entry for this blog. Forgive me!!! But recently I have been eating good food... I think it is fine since I torture myself eating oatmeal for almost 2 or 3 weeks I guess, so I thought why not reward myself with succulent foods.


Tuesday... Uhmm.. I have bad memory><" . I can't remember what I ate , but pretty sure I ate something, I hate this thing, this happens if I did not take photo or did not write and post my daily entry. Forgive me but I was busy back then because Thursday was flight to Manila. *Tuesday fail* (taking photo before meal is a must for food blogger, that is what I learned)

I am going to Wednesday diet day 17. From this I can say I remember because I took photo. I had no breakfast. It was about lunch time when I went to SM Mall Cebu, bought something there and finding some stuffs. Then I decide to take my brunch. I took some fruit shake. There is MANGO FARM, it is a shake shop but their main fruit for shake is Mango, it is tasty for me, I thought it might not be good to drink but of course I would want to try, then I bought the Mango shake with peach juice and peach and have some nata coco inside and some other fruit. It is like smoothie though but hmmmmm I love it for the hot weather!!!

MONDAY DIET(DAY15)

Hello!! This is my Monday no rice diet day 15. I wonder what is my weight. For the last week I had been soooo busy that all my blog entry are late. Good thing I was able to post even though I had forgotten some... Anyway this is my Monday no rice diet. I was not that busy during late afternoon so I decided to go Ayala Center take my dinner there and buy some stuffs, while checking some stuffs I got into this cute store.

Well many times I keep passing by in this store, at first I thought it is a Waffle store(idk why). I never had the chance to really look on it and try their stuffs. Then yesterday I feel hungry so I keep on thinking where in Ayala I haven't try eating, almost all I tried its hard to decide then I just remember that cute store.

FRIDAY-SATURDAY-SUNDAY DIET (DAY12-13-14)

 I am so late with Friday and Saturday Diet!!!! I am so busy these past few days and easily tired  and I do not have any time to write my blog, well of course I still have little time but just like I  said earlier I get tired easily, and I do got head ache most of the time, well I believe its because  of eating less now a days and too hot right now since I am currently staying in Cebu Philippines.

 I am so sorry but this time I fail Friday diet, I can't even remember what I ate that day but I am pretty sure I ate brunch and dinner and it was rice and meat + vegetables but I am sorry I forgot exactly the name of that food I ate. This is so fail no rice diet (sad face). Too busy and sometimes I eat less, but sometimes too hungry and I am really craving for something that will pleasure my stomach. I do apologize once more. But I do have Saturday Diet!

Saturday, brunch was only burger from Mcdonalds and french fries and soft drink. Mcdonalds is very convenient to eat because you just need to order 10 minutes or less and Tada!! Your order is ready, you just need to eat it.

Dinner was with my sister, we went out together since both of us is craving for Chinese noodles.
Went to Choi City at Banilad Town Center (BTC). We ordered Seafood noodle and Beef Noodle(another style I forgot name). I do not know if there is something wrong with our taste or the noodles taste. Our first spoon of the soup was... What is this?... Then looking each other facial reaction was bad. Haha, well not saying their food is not delicious, of course their Dimsum is really good but just that night and that noodles was really pretty not as good as what we thought. It is very different from Taiwan Noodle, I can say Taiwan noodles are the best!!!



It was not satisfying and we just did not finish the food, we had it take out and just gave it to someone who wants to eat. ( I hate wasting food, as much as possible I find ways to finish it).



I had midnight snacks, only junk foods and some cookies. Calories are there!!! But at least it is not rice!!! hahaha, I do not know if I should be happy saying that.

Sunday, guess what, I had rest day,almost whole day I slept!!! Nothing special happened but I was in the bed laying for the whole day, I ate some cereals, the one you add milk on it. I love Kelloggs so much, I can live just that. Hmmmm, let me think, oh! had some Ice cream!!! Can't blame me its too hot!!! Evening was only cup noodle. Sometimes if I have nothing to do, I am just  on the bed laying for the whole day and just watch movies, actually Sundays I should walk around my dogs from my house to I.T Park, about 3 hourse walk because I bring 4 cute dogs. But only this recent Sunday, too tired and made my me lazy.

I do not know about my no rice diet. I haven't thought of what weight I should lose for this topic, because I think I keep on sharing this topic yet I keep on eating rice, I can't focus much and I feel it is nothing. Forgive me, I want to be more specific with this topic.

For the past 15 days, My no rice diet, I thought it is not that much serious, since I failed many times, I failed to not to eat rice. In 14 days I did ate!  For the first 7 days of my no rice diet, I haven't lose any weight, my weight was still same. To be honest I am 54 kilo but just right of my BMI. But what I wanted is 50 kilo. I do not know but I really want to get back my weight. I feel little heavy with my current weight now.

I hope I could make it. Hopefully with in 2 months only by not eating rice I could get back my weight. I know I do not have any topic of exercise, because I know you thought of  exercise is one way for me to lose weigh fast. I haven't share anything here about exercise since I really do not do exercise this time. It is not that I do not want, in fact I love exercise especially jumping rope and jogging, I just do not have time. So the least thing I can do to lose weigh even without exercise is to not eating rice.

2 months for me to lose 4 kilo without exercise but just no rice. Do you think it is possible? Well I think... Nothing is impossible. Good luck to me!! And what can you suggest about this topic?

THURSDAY DIET (DAY11)

Thursday daily diary no rice diet. How was your Thursday? Thursday wasn't really good to me though.(sad face). I had so many things to finish up and documents to complete, I do not even have time to buy my air ticket yet. Anyway I really didn't have any appetite. I know this is very unhealthy, but I can't even force myself to eat. I had busy day so I got to take my dinner.
Can you guess what was my dinner? Hahaha, it is not Quaker oats!




If you are staying in Philippine, you probably know the famous instant dry noodle. It is Lucky Me Pancit Canton (Spicy one). This dry noodle is really very famous. Japanese likes it, well I said that because I had so many Japanese and really like this. I had Japanese friend and every time He visit Cebu or his friend, I will always prepare for them dozens of that dry noodle. They are really happy to receive it.

If I go to department store, hey! I saw Koreans buying too!!! I think its delicious of its simple taste. Well, I make my pancit canton more delicious and more tasty. How? Well, I do add it with green vegetables and carrot! Pair it cold pineapple juice, oh! I will be full.

Lucky Me Pancit Canton is easy and convinient and very cheap! 1 pack cost PHP8.00 (USD$0.18) and its delicious! Why wouldn,t I eat? Of course I do not eat that everyday.

WEDNESDAY DIET (DAY10)

And this is my another late wednesday post of  daily diary no rice diet.(Its supposed to be daily!!!! I  am so sorry, I had been too busy<(ˍ ˍ*)>).



Maybe some of you wonder why do I always say "My brunch is... or My brunch was..." Its usually brunch. Most of the time I do not eat breakfast. My ussual meal starts at brunch. Of course I do get hungry early in the morning but its seldom to happen.




Wednesday brunch was mixed vegetables only. I really only ate that. Actually before eating my meal I will drink a glass of water to make me easy full after meal, eating vegetables only plus a glass of juice. I just love juice! Believe me or not cold or warm I still drink it.



I had my snack too! Haha! I ate chocolate! Hmmm. I felt good about it.   Dinner is very special. Haha!!! Dinner was Quaker oats!!! I think I am so loyal to Quaker oats these past few weeks. Well I do not regret it since it delicious and  convenient to make  and healthy too!



And how is it going to you? So far I feel good since this week I haven't taken any rice yet. It just feels so good!!!

TUESDAY DIET (DAY9)

I am sorry my post for  Tuesday and Wednesday daily diary no rice diet is very late! I had some engagements to do and I can't have time to post here:( feel so bad(sigh).


 But I make sure I remember what I ate:). Tuesday I had my super early breakfast about 5:30am, I had hot bread and coffee. My lunch was..... Guess what?? Haha, I ate Quaker Oats(since I was really in a hurry), and drank some Juice. I had some cracker for snack. Lastly, My dinner was only vegetables.   Since my meals for tuesday was hurry hurry, I haven't have time to take photos on it.   I guess I will be more busy this week and next week.




 I will be flying back again to Manila next week for some Business engagement and will be having reunion with my friends.


It wonders me if will I be eating more or less??? I don't know!!! Hahaha! For one sure thing! I am going to go at the best Shawarma in Manila. Do you know where is it?   I'll be on it next week.

MONDAY DIET(DAY8)

Monday!! The 8th day of my no rice diet. I have checked my weight. When I step on the weighing scale and saw my weight, my eyes became big and opening my mouth with a loud voice saying "Whaaaat!!!!!", it is so surprising  knowing that I still got the same weight which is 54kilo.




  I was just shock and smiled. I thought that it is better than gaining more. Maybe nothing change yet since sometimes of the first seven days,  I cheat eating rice. Hahaha! I guess this is a lesson to me.   But hey! I will still be continuing this.




My BMI (Body mass index) is just right. My height is 168cm (5'6") and as you know I am 54kilo (119.04 lbs). Its just right for me.(5'6" for 120lbs-133 small type body). But I wanted to lose the 4kilo. I know I will be under weight, but hey come on! Lool at the models!!! Sorry but for me, being slim(not too skinny) defined as being sexy. Haha!




My friends will always disagree to me, they always say I am  slim already or other will say my body is just fine and right. But I don't know, I  just really wanted to lose little bit... Each person has it's own want or need, likes and dislike and own personalities.  This is me, this is being me. As Nina Chen.



Okay let us proceed my Monday no rice diet. Well my brunch is Quaker oats and hot coffee. Its funny I had it both, they are sweet since I like sweets. I had my apple fruit for snack and dinner! Dinner is vegetables and fruits. I can't not to say I had my midnight snack! I had burger!!! I guess it was not that bad. How have you been doing in your first week?
